 | Traditional stone-built house, newly renovated and in an excellent location in the centre of Entraygue, situated next to the Chateau and close to the Lot river. The house is a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. In addition, there is a local swimming pool, kayak hire, fly-fishing and a vast array of walking / mountain biking trails close by. In winter, it is possible to ski as there are two resorts one-hour drive away (Le Lioran and the Aubrac). |  | The house is built over three levels, with a “cave” on the ground level which provides secure parking for cycles and motorbikes. The first floor has a large open-plan living area, with corner kitchen (inc. gas hob, / fridge freezer), sofa bed and traditional open fireplace with a wood burner, as well as a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor is the main double bedroom, a smaller childrens bedroom and family bathroom, please note that you need to walk through the double bedroom to get to the bathroom. |  | The weekly rental charges are:
- 350 euros - July and August
- 280 euros - April, May, June and September
- 240 euros - October to March
There is a 10% discount for stays over one week. For weekend / mid week rentals prices start from 80 euros. Bed linen can be arranged on request at an additional charge of 15 euros.
